Your child may bring money to Skateport to play video games or
purchase a snack. However, we ask that you do not send money with your child for any other feild trip unless we specifically
request it.
-
Always bring a swimsuit and towel on swim & gym days if you intend for
your child to partake in swimming.
-
Your child may choose to bring a "Game Boy" or something similar, and this
is fine. We only ask that you clearly mark it with his or her name. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen
items.
-
"Pokemon" or similar cards are permitted for 6th grade and above only. However, they should
be left at school during feild trips so they don't get lost. Again, we are not responsible for missing cards or
unsatisfactory "trading".
-
Make sure your child is equipped with socks on bowling and skating days.
-
If you plan for your child to have fun at the park, make sure you have sent them
to our program in sufficient footwear.
-
The above also goes for any other field trip that would necessitate excessive
movement, such as Silver Dollar City.
-
If the parent board says to pack a sack lunch, by all means do so! Make sure everything you pack for your child is disposable and will not involve refrigeration.
-
On Petra days, please send your child in comftorable clothes and shoes to climb in.

In fact, sandals aren't the best things to wear on our playground either due to the pea
gravel. Consider sending your child to our program in a more athletic type of footwear so your child can fully appreciate
our playground fascilities.
On days, such as park days or Silver Dollar City, when you know your child will
be in the scorching sun, please apply sunscreen to them before sending them to our program. Due
to individual sunscreen allergies, you must be responsible for your child's sunscreen needs.
